Every year I make new goals and try to take on new habits, and meditation is always at the top of my list – but I never commit to it. I don’t know why. I understand that meditation has benefits – I write about it all the time.
I can admit that it may have something to do with laziness. As in, I would rather watch TV then meditate. I’m not saying that is the sole reason, but it is a pretty good roadblock in my way.
Whatever the case, I’m not letting anything stand in the way of my meditation this year. Since starting the Silva Life System I have realized that meditation is really easy to do, and it is the key to helping me become more productive and fulfilled.
