New Year: Meditation Is Going To Be At The Top Of My List

meditationEvery year I make new goals and try to take on new habits, and meditation is always at the top of my list – but I never commit to it.  I don’t know why. I understand that meditation has benefits – I write about it all the time.

I can admit that it may have something to do with laziness. As in, I would rather watch TV then meditate. I’m not saying that is the sole reason, but it is a pretty good roadblock in my way.

Whatever the case, I’m not letting anything stand in the way of my meditation this year. Since starting the Silva Life System I have realized that meditation is really easy to do, and it is the key to helping me become more productive and fulfilled.

But don’t take my word for it. Watch the following video by Deepak Chopra on what meditation is and the benefits of it.

I love listening to him talk, and this video is full of benefits that will likely convince you to try meditation out for yourself – for me, the awakening of dormant potentials sounds amazing.

    Hi Bellaisa,

    I just sat for my evening meditation a few minutes ago 😉 Perfect timing. Sitting and observing each day for the past few months has changed my life. What an awesome practice for learning how to live in the moment.

      Thanks for sharing Ryan.

      I am day four in, and I can already feel the difference my mental clarity, and I am having a much easier time focusing on my daily tasks…both work and personal tasks.

      It’s funny because I have always been acutely aware of how badly I want to live in the moment, but when your mind is scattered it is extremely hard to do.

      I’m excited to see where I will be in a few months!
